Subscription orders follow the same return policy as one-time purchases — including the 30-day return window and the requirement that items be unused and unopened.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so anytime by emailing [email protected] with your order details. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel before your next scheduled order date.

Please note that cancellation requests made after an order has already been shipped cannot be processed for that cycle. The cancellation will take effect from the following scheduled order.
